Voucher terms

• The voucher is transferable and may be given as a gift.
• The voucher is valid until 31 December of year 3 after purchase – for a purchase this year, until the end of 2029.
• Service vouchers can be redeemed for the named service, value vouchers for all services offered by Salon Bella. With value vouchers, any unused balance is retained and can be redeemed later.
• Redeemable at Salon Bella, Lindenstraße 12, 80331 München. Please bring the voucher with you, printed or on your phone. If the service requires an appointment, please arrange it in advance.
• The voucher can be redeemed as soon as payment has been received. You can check its status online at any time under “Check voucher”.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Stored-value card

• Die Guthabenkarte ist eine wiederaufladbare Kundenkarte von Salon Bella. Sie gilt nur bei Salon Bella (Lindenstraße 12, 80331 München); bei anderen Unternehmen kann damit nicht bezahlt werden.
• Aufladen können Sie an der Kasse. Je Aufladung sind bis zu €2,000.00 möglich, das Guthaben darf höchstens €5,000.00 betragen.
• Bonusguthaben aus Aufladeaktionen ist eine freiwillige Zugabe. Es wird beim Bezahlen anteilig zusammen mit dem eingezahlten Guthaben verbraucht und nicht ausgezahlt.
• Bezahlt wird durch Vorzeigen der Karte, des QR-Codes oder der Karte im Wallet. Wer sie vorzeigt, gilt als berechtigt – bitte behandeln Sie Karte und Kartenlink wie Bargeld.
• Geht die Karte verloren oder hat jemand Unbefugtes Zugriff, melden Sie sich bitte sofort. Wir sperren die Karte und übertragen das Restguthaben auf eine Ersatzkarte. Für Zahlungen vor der Meldung haften wir nicht, soweit uns kein Verschulden trifft.
• Das Guthaben ist unbefristet gültig; es gilt die gesetzliche Verjährung (drei Jahre, beginnend mit dem Ende des Jahres der letzten Aufladung oder Zahlung).
• Auf Wunsch zahlen wir eingezahltes, noch nicht verbrauchtes Guthaben aus; die Karte wird dann aufgelöst. Bonusguthaben verfällt dabei.
• Online-Aufladungen können Sie wie einen Gutscheinkauf binnen 14 Tagen widerrufen (siehe Widerrufsbelehrung). Wir erstatten dann den eingezahlten Betrag abzüglich bereits verbrauchten Guthabens; der Bonus dieser Aufladung entfällt.

Vouchers for services offered by Salon Bella as described in the order form. All prices are final prices including statutory VAT where applicable. As a PDF free of shipping costs. As a printed card by post for an additional €4.90 per order, shipping within Germany only.

Ordering and conclusion of contract

By clicking “Place binding order” you submit a binding order. Before that you can change your entries at any time. We accept your order with the confirmation page shown directly after submission and with the order confirmation by e-mail; this concludes the contract. The e-mail contains all details of your order and this contract information. The language of the contract is German.

Payment

You pay by bank transfer, immediately upon receipt of the invoice without deduction.

Delivery

You receive the voucher as a PDF by e-mail – with online payment immediately after paying. Printed cards are posted within three working days of receipt of payment.

Redeeming

The voucher is valid until 31 December of year 3 after purchase – for a purchase this year, until the end of 2029. The voucher can be redeemed as soon as payment has been received. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal; the details are set out in the information on the right of withdrawal. You can also withdraw online via “Withdraw from contract”.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Information on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. If you ordered the printed voucher by post, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the voucher.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Salon Bella Inh. Bella Hoffmann, Owner: Bella Hoffmann, Lindenstraße 12, 80331 München, Phone: 089 1234567, E-mail: bella@salon-bella.example) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via the “Withdraw from contract” button (http://gutscheinnow.de/p/salon-bella/en/widerrufen) at the bottom of every page of our voucher shop. If you use this function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) containing the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

For delivery by post the following also applies: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the voucher back or you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the voucher or hand it over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the voucher before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the voucher.

If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Special note

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the service after you expressly agreed that we begin before the withdrawal period has expired and you confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.
